Non Executive Director - Restaurants - Premium Retail, leisure of hospitality background
Position: Non-executive
Commitment: 1 day a month + communication ad hoc
Salary: Negotiable - Circa £30,000 to £50,000 a year

Non-Executive Director - AIM listed business based London
- A great hospitality and leisure brant who has a high quality and strong customer following in the market
- The company is looking at the next stage of growth and wants to develop their customer offer, approach to digital and make plans for a sustainable and successful scale up
- Currently listed on AIMS
- The current board have been in place for sometime and they are looking to "swap in" 2 new members in the next 12 months as some of the existing members time amicably finishes
- We are looking for candidates who can act in an advisory capacity and look to steer and question the management team on their direction, give leadership support and provide insight into past experiences
The position and individual:
- This position is aimed at experienced Non executive, with extensive experience in the hospitality Sector or adjacent sectors. The business is specifically looking for someone with much larger experience, ideally with listed companies or experience taking mid size businesses through a major change or growth.
- The ideal NED will have previous Non executive experience however this is not essential. It is however necessary that you have experience in a top tier role in a business with turnover in excess of £50 million.
- You will support and work collaboratively with the board to steer and guide the leadership and insure both the growth and future planning for the business is sufficiently on track!
