Non-Executive Director - About the Client:

Our client is a leading provider of HCM software for use across multiple industries. The company has been operating for 35 years, has c.250 employees and a turnover close to £30M.

With an entirely 'people focused' view, our client has created a culture that has resulted in extremely positive employee feedback. The organisation is now looking to bring onboard a Non-Exec Director in order to assist with forth coming growth expectations, helping to drive commercial strategy, acting as a sounding board to the CEO/Owner and using experience in order to direct organisational structure.

Non-Executive Director - Key Responsibilities:

- Help plan the company's commercial strategy

- Impart experience onto the CEO/Owner and SLT

- Take up NED responsibilities

- Sit on the board into decision making

Non-Executive Director - You:

- Experience of working for software businesses/startups

- Commercial/Sales/Business growth experience

- You will have previous experience in/as a NED, Board Advisor or similar

- Experience dealing with Public Sector organisations (as clients/customers) would be desirable
