We now need a Finance and Operations Director that fits with the business to lead the non-commercial departments of Finance, HR and Operations and help the business achieve our aggressive growth strategy. The Role:

Reporting to our Denmark based group CEO, the successful candidate will be able to lead their Heads of Department providing growth, support and direction whilst also working their peers and other departments to progress our company aims and achieve our objectives. We are looking for someone who is a proven leader and can add value to others. They must have experience of a similar role and leading a Finance Team where they have also worked with Senior Executives to deliver results. Experience of leading Operations and Human resources would be advantageous, strong people skills are essential. Above all you must be able to understand how the business works and what makes it successful in order to use their skills and experience to make the right impacts.

Top level requirements
- Finance orientated degree
- 5 years of experience from a similar role, where the business has been selling products (not services) and where the majority of the "value chain" (outside sales/purchasing) has been within the remit of the candidate
- 5 years + of experience leading a finance and operations team(s)
- Profound P/L understanding and knows how to focus on and manage OPEX/CAPE
- Proven skills and experience in financial risk management
