Searching on behalf of a scale-up SaaS business, EA-First are looking for a CTO to aid our client with their technology strategy, on the next step within their growth journey.

The primary mission will be to scale the engineering team whilst working with other technical and non-technical stakeholders within the organisation.

The succesful CTO will be tasked with the following:

* Guiding the dev team through shipping new features

* Improving time spent on maintenance

* Solidifying the existing architecture

The succesful CTO would also benefit from:

* Experience scaling dev teams in a start-up/scale-up environment

* Fintech understanding or experience

* Having worked on breaking emerging markets

Remuneration:

£120,000 - 140,000 per annum

Car allowance

Strong bonus and pension

Please note, European travel will be required around once a quarter.
