Intelligent Resource are currently working with a retail client who are looking for an Interim Head of IT Service and Ops.

This will be an initial 6 month contract working remotely.

This role will be responsible for an overhaul/transformation of the service delivery for the business.

The client is looking to transform their traditional IT services to a more Agile/Devops approach.

You will be responsible for supporting the future strategy and support the transition/redesign into the structure.

Ideally you will have experience:

Managing IT Transformation within a service driven environment

Managing Demand v Capacity

Managing Outsourced service teams and improving service delivery

Working as part of a Senior Leadership Team

Strong knowledge of Technology and IT functions
