Our client is an asset management business based in London that specialises in assets within the Real Estate and Infrastructure space. They specialise in long term investment strategies with a sustainable approach to delivering returns. The Senior Management team is now looking for a high calibre Fund Finance Director to take ownership of Finance and Investment duties, playing a key role in their next growth phase.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Director or somebody at the Financial Controller level who is looking to take a step up in responsibility and seniority.

Responsibilities:

• Investment valuations
• Fund performance and waterfall calculations
• Yearly audited financials for the fund legal entities
• Tax reporting for investors & funds
• Fund operations and administration, including day to day fund accounting
• Investor queries and resolution ;
• Internal management reporting
• Quarterly and annual FCA returns
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Partnership tax returns.
• Recruitment of fund finance team, including qualified finance professionals
• Oversight of third-party providers on fund administration, including:
• Quarterly investor reporting

Experience:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ICAS, ACCA, Chartered Accountant)
• Degree educated with a 2:1 minimum
• Experience in financial services, private equity, venture capital or real asset fund
• Fund Finance experience
• Commercial prowess
