Launched in January 2021, more than 400 merchants partnered with exponential growth.

Product & Vision Product
Moona is a unique online payment solution for merchants that offers £5 discounts to the shoppers on each order. With Moona, the shoppers get £5 off directly on the payment page.

Our model is based on a yearly membership paid by shoppers, allowing them to receive unlimited £5 discounts on each order, and at no cost for the merchant. Moona is a cross merchant solution. Once I am a Moona member, my membership works on all Moona's merchants' partner.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Head of Sales for the UK market : a leader able to switch between management and closing merchants !

A Head of Sales who :

What are you going to do?
**Moona's main focus is to build partnerships with online E-merchants. ****You will be in charge of building and managing the sales team.

As part of your role, your day-to-day activities will include:

Lead and monitoring Moona' sales strategy:
  • Build the commercial strategy, our value proposition and the pitch
  • Contribute to deals
  • Lead Account management
  • Set clear sales goals
  • Optimise our sales CRM to maintain well organized data and improve the team's efficiency
  • Oversee day-to-day sales operation

Management —> Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture:
  • Monitor sales team performance and report on metrics
  • Motivate, train and coach the team
  • Encourage creativity and risk-taking
  • Suggest and organize team building activities
  • Recruit high sales performer and account manager
Requirements
  • Proven work of sales experience (5 years minimum)
  • Experience of management of at least 4 people
  • Has a UK e-merchants network (mandatory)
  • Has entrepreneurship, start-up or scale-up experience (mandatory)
  • Has experience with selling to medium and large e-commerce websites: Paytech, SAAS e-commerce or Advertising/Affiliation...
  • Metrics driven and really structured
  • CRM Expert (we are using Hubspot) and tools lover
  • Excellent communication, conviction and leadership skills
  • No remote : work at the office is necessary to build our sales culture
