We are looking for an experienced, delivery focussed Technical Project Manager with expertise in managing complex infrastructure/environments working with Agile delivery teams and the PaaS service provider.

The ideal candidate would be someone with:

• a strong technical, infrastructure background and an agile mindset.
• proven experience working on both VMWare and AWS based environments.
• expertise in coordinating product upgrades, patching and deployment activities in complex environments.
• good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Essential Skills

• Strong technical skills and delivery focus- ability to understand complex integration requirements across multiple environments
• Good understanding of networking principles to identify and resolve connectivity issues on complex on-prem and cloud environments.
• Sound understanding of the DevOps ways of working and CI/CD
• Ability to identify and understand technical dependencies based on the design/architecture, constraints, issues and proactively drive them to resolution.
• Experience with incident management and release management
• Experience working with Agile teams.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Excellent communication with stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent reporting skills using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the requirements around multiple environments in the OFFICIAL and SECRET domains and act as a point of contact across multiple scrum teams.
• Responsible for managing the planning and scheduling of NetIQ product updates, OS patching, networking requirements around multiple environments.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with the PaaS service provider.
• Work with the Delivery Manager to plan upgrade and patching activities in pre-prod and production environments with appropriate milestones.
• Own, create and maintain a delivery plan for environmental and infrastructure related activities.
