A specialist pharmaceutical manufacturer are looking for a Head of Quality to lead their compliant systems, processes and procedures to manufacturer to meet regulatory requirements.

Description
The Head of Quality will be responsible for delivery of a quality management system and team to deliver compliant processes, procedures to meet industry regulatory standards. You will provide and maintain a QMS to meet the requirements for products, ensuring appropriate licenses for the products manufactured are maintained. You will evaluate new products and processes for the site and manage external audits. You will be capable of leading a team of quality professionals, providing, coaching, mentoring so that the the team have the skills and motivation to perform to the highest level.
Profile
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Quality Leadership in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology manufacturing environment. You will have delivered a QMS system, suitable for purpose previously and led internal and external audits.
Ideally you will be degree qualified or equivalent in a science related subject with relevant auditor qualifications.
