£800 - £1200 a day dependant on experience

Finatal are currently recruiting for an interim CFO to join a business that has just received Private Equity backing.
Responsibilities include:
- Post deal professionalisation.
- Partnering with the CEO of the business and with the private equity investors in facilitating strategic growth.
- Rebuilding the controls and processes to private equity standard.
- Implementing a new financial system fit for purpose.
The role ideally requires an ACA accountant who is a proven no.1 in finance with prior experience in a leveraged environment and exposure to private equity. Having worked directly with banks and debt/covenants experience is key.
