The candidate will have direct responsibility for the supervision of the TM team on a day to day basis. Tasks will include:

• Allocating new deals to the TM team
• Allocating the existing portfolio of deals across the TM team
• Managing performance and related appraisals for the team
• Liaising daily and transparently with internal teams including Operations / Middle Office - taking a lead role in the daily all-hands WIP and other team meetings
• Working closely with the COO/Head of Operations and Middle Office to ensure all three teams are working effectively and in cohesion
• Managing the induction of new TM team members providing coaching and training as when required Maximising profitability of the portfolio
  Identifying and managing risk
  Closing and managing deals in line with business need

To be successful in this role the candidate will need to have vase experience within an Agency role. In return my client is offering a salary between £120,000 - £150,000 plus a market leading bonus structure and benefits.
