RattrayParkin are exclusively recruiting a Finance Director role for a highly entrepreneurial group based in Leicestershire. The role is a key element of strengthening the management team as they experience significant growth both across their main business operations as well as within new product launches.
The role of Finance Director in this business will be to provide support to the board and senior management team ensuring that the growth they are enjoying is profitable and sustainable; it will be responsible for leading, mentoring and developing the existing finance function and ensuring that it becomes a value add service to the business; as well as ensuring process, procedure and governance across all functions are in place.
In order to be considered for this role it would be highly beneficial if you are immediately available or on short notice periods; you must have operated successfully as FD of dynamic and fast-paced businesses previously and have strong communication and technical skills.
