Help end the housing crisis in North Kent

The Heart of Medway Housing Association is an ambitious and growing housing association making a big impact. We're registered with the social housing regulator (reg.4634) and are part of the mhs homes group. Our ultimate ambition is 'to help end the housing crisis in North Kent' by providing affordable rented homes, shared ownership homes and supported foyer accommodation for young people.

Heart of Medway was formed in 2010 and owns over 900 homes with over 1,800 people living in our homes. We plan to build 275 new affordable homes by 2024.

We re looking for someone with experience in the social housing sector, with a strong understanding of the role of a Non-Executive Director/Trustee. If you have a background in one of more areas of treasury management, asset management, Health and Safety or housing development and construction this would be advantageous. We are particularly keen to hear from applicants who share our values and sense of social purpose.
