The Sales and Business Development Manager is a key and exciting opportunity. The role will be responsible for helping to develop and implement the commercial, sales and marketing strategy. He/she will identify and prioritise new business opportunities with existing and new customers as well as possible partners and new market opportunities. This role will play a fundamental part in developing future sales growth and providing vision, direction and leadership for our client’s successful commercial development.


Our client is looking for an experienced construction Sales and Business Development Manager to help deliver their ambitious sales plan. The Sales and Business Development Manager will work alongside the Group Sales Director and existing sales team to find and convert leads in East Anglia, Northants, Beds, Bucks, Herts and Essex.


  • Proven track record of selling and marketing within the building contractor sector
  • Experience of knowledge of the office fit out industry (desired)
  • Good awareness and understanding of the construction marketplace
  • Experience of 'selling' consultatively
