Venesky-Brown's client, a public sector organisation in Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit a Head of Strategic Design and Applications Solutions for an initial 6 month contract - with the potential to extend - on a rate of GBP800-GBP1000/day (inside of IR35). Due to the current circumstances this role will be remote based for the foreseeable future.

Responsibilities:

- Provide SAS support the organisations, making code changes if necessary to ensure their systems can run correctly

- Update the SAS code to cater for new 2022 policy changes.

- Conduct the testing and implementation of SAS code to support these changes.

- The additional caveat is that this request is based on the current known scope which may be subject to change and therefore the number of resources may increase or decrease.

Essential Skills:

- Previous statistical experience

- Delivering SAS training to a technical audience

- Engaged with SAS currently given preference over historical.

Desirable Skills:

- Previous public sector experience
