Programme Manager (1 year FTC - Fully Remote - GBP75,000 - GBP85,000)

I'm looking for a Programme Manager on behalf of my client, who are a large global consultancy based in the UK. I'm looking for the right candidate to end-to-end programme manage the smooth transition of services onto the Pensions Administration platform, and/or lead on client and internal projects.

The role is a one year fixed term contract, fully remote and comes with a salary range of GBP75,000 - GBP85,000!

Key responsibilities:

• Successful delivery of all projects that are agreed as within scope of the programme.
• Day-to-day management of the programme, including taking the programme forward from appointment (usually in Identifying a Programme or Defining a Programme), and supervising, controlling and closing the programme
• Plan and design the programme and proactively monitor its overall progress, resolve issues, and initiate corrective action as appropriate
• Maintain overall integrity and coherence of the programme, and develop and maintain the programme environment to support each individual project within it
• Manage communications with stakeholders - internal and external to the programme.
• Support and drive a client focused culture in the team and ensure that continuous improvement and excellent customer experience are at the heart of all activity.

Key tasks:

• Manage a programme of projects from conception to completion.
• Create and maintain key project documentation such as PIDs, Project Plans and RAIDs achieiving Client Sign off.
• Governance framework approach, stage and quality gates management using the company's own Evolve Methodology (based on PRINCE2).
• Project financial, quality, and benefits management and tracking.
• Resource management across the project team.
• Management of risks, issues and change controls.

As a reminder, the role is a one year fixed term contract, fully remote and comes with a salary range of GBP75,000 - GBP85,000!
