This role will see you joining one of the UK's most established Salesforce Partners who work on some of the most complex Salesforce projects in the UK, working with the customers to maximise the power of the Salesforce platform. Due to growth, I am helping them recruiter an experience Business Analyst to work on a large Marketing Cloud transformation project.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll be leading on requirement gathering strategy/workshop plan for the customer engagement, this will include discovery workshops and carrying out analysis of complex business information into functional requirements. This will also include advising on optimising the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, talking through capabilities and limitations to customers to help create the best solution possible.

Skills & Experience Required:

• You're an experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in delivering Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects.
• Experience implementing Agile project life cycles and tools (ie SCRUM, user stories, etc.).
• Confident in running client Workshops with strong Requirements Gathering skills.
• Ideally you will hold one or more related Salesforce certifications.
• Flexible to travel post COVID.
