Marketing Director - England - Fully Remote - Banking and Financial Services/Retail Banking

A top tier Retail Bank is seeking a Director of Marketing to shape the marketing strategy and campaigns for initiatives that deliver value for their loyalty, payments and credit business. This is a crucial role working part of a leadership team that have a bold plan to radically transform services and has set ambitious targets to deliver significant customer growth and income for. This role will have exposure to influence an engaged partnership team at the most senior levels.

Due to the nature of the role, my client is seeking someone with the following experience/skill set:

• Consumer lending/Regulatory banking or payments experience
• Strong background implementing and delivering initiatives within payments or loyalty projects
• B2B experience
• Team management and extensive experience working with senior stakeholders
• Digital marketing, campaign and budget experience

This role can be based anywhere in England but the candidate would need to be open to travel to their key sites as and when required.
