My client based in Gaydon are currently seeking a Head of Business Services to join their organisation on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the most prestigious brands in the World today.

Job Purpose:

A pivotal, strategic role in the IT team, leading a team that ensures the business achieves the optimal benefits from business technology. You will have end to end business benefit accountability and for ensuring the business value of information technology. You are accountable for the service life cycle roadmap ensuring it aligns with the business vision and goals.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Represents all business services across the organisation
• Build strategic relationships with senior business stakeholders
• Participate in negotiating Service level agreements
• Influence the vendor in development of the services, advocate for new features and functionality
• Ensures client approval for change, agrees maintenance windows and coordinates internal communication
• Provide input into the development of Key Performance Indicators and metrics to provide a status on the health of the service
• Identify all business and security risk and mitigations associated with the service, including coordination of assessments as required
• Managing a team of business analysts representing the functions across the business.

Qualification & Experience:

• Extensive experience as a business analyst, product owner
• Previous experience as a Service Owner for an ERP application
• ITIL4 Foundation/ITIL4 Direct Plan and Improve/ITIL Strategy/Prince2/Agile or Equivalent would be desirable but not essential
