Head of Performance (12 months FTC) - Financial Services -London - c. GBP120K plus benefits

I am working with a global leader in the FX industry, within the financial services space. They have experienced significant growth in their 20+ year existence and are on track to continue this growth trajectory, through digital. They are looking to bring on board a Head of Performance Marketing. You will lead the performance team and be tasked with continuing to grow the team. If you have experience in building and scaling global performance marketing teams, then this is the opportunity for you. You will be obsessed with numbers and know your numbers inside out. This person needs to be Laser focused in terms of driving profit and growth. You will work in a dynamic team of experts across all facets of Performance Marketing. They work with significant budgets, so it's an opportunity to work at scale and operate a test and learn methodology.
