Business Change Manager - Technology Change, Communications, IT, Change, Strategy & Adoption - Permanent - GBP60,000 - GBP65,000 + GBP5.1k cash allowance + bonus + package - Remote/UK
My client, a world leading consulting firm based in London are seeking an IT aligned Business Change Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. Reporting directly into the Head of Business Change and Technology Adoption your role will focus on the people side of change to drive faster acceptance and maximise user adoption of specific IT aligned projects. Your role will enable the firm's key stakeholders to be prepared for the impact of new IT solutions.
This individual will be a key member of internal client services team, focusing on ensuring the right change management activities and communications are delivered across the firm to embed new technology, processes, and behaviours.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across Change and Communications - clearly understanding technology change and building a technology change roadmap when necessary and showing how it will impact end users at all levels. You will be supporting major programmes in landing change and motivating the technology team through these changes.

- Proven experience of working as a Change Communications Manager
- Understanding of business processes and how people go through change and change processes
- Ability to manage change across numerous and diverse teams
- Experience of working within a Technology function and understanding technology language to translate communications to business language
- Experience delivering large scale communication roadmap/plans and then articulating the impacts to users
- Strong stakeholder management skills around the business as all levels
- Proactive and persuasive attributes
