My client is an international, not-for-profit educational organisation. Their headquarters are in the dynamic SE1 area of London (where this role will be based), but with subsidiary companies in USA and Asia.

They are in the developmental stages of an exciting business-wide digital transformation programme, which will include the creation of new core business platforms and customer-facing web services.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM implementation project manager to contribute to the ongoing digital transformation. Working within the Projects Office you will project manage the implementation of the CRM to replace a Legacy business critical database. This project is close to completing the scoping stage and we now need a strong, experienced CRM project manager to take the project from solution document to fully integrated solution.

Overall Responsibility

  • Support the development/configuration of the CRM for exams processing.
  • Lead on the training and launch of the new solution to relevant teams and departments to BAU.
  • Work closely with their development partner to monitor the progress and provide regular updates on the project as required.
  • Identify understand and manage interdependencies and risks with other projects or programme workstreams.
  • Review the proposed implementation plan and suggest modifications and improvements to ensure quality of final deliverable.
  • Collate information from key stakeholders and evaluate the recommendations for the best way to implement the solution for the organisation from the development partner.
  • Evaluate CRM development/configuration progress.
  • Create and execute an internal communication and launch plan for the new CRM system.

Person Specification

Essential

  • Minimum 3-5 years digital project management experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Hold an AGILE Practitioner qualification
  • CRM implementation experience
  • Ability to manage stakeholders effectively
  • Evidence of being a champion of change
  • Ability to work cross functionally, across teams and working groups
  • An excellent communicator
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines and conflicting priorities
