Tempest Executive are currently recruiting for an interim Head of Community and Intermediate Care based in the South. The role reports into the AD for Adult Social Care. It will be mostly remote with the occasional visit to the office.

You will be required to support the Assistant Director in formulating the strategic direction, priorities and plans for the service in line with service and corporate responsibilities, as well as deputising where appropriate for the AD.

The client is looking for someone with extensive experience at Head of Service level in Adult Social Care. A social work qualification would be ideal, but isn't essential. You will be working with a lovely team of people who are innovative and dynamic.
