We are working with a fast growing, market leading, technology business in the placement of their CFO.

Following a successful fund raise, an ambitious, entrepreneurial, high calibre individual is critical to delivering the next phase of the scale up journey and is joining at a critical time. As part of the Board, this role will be responsible for all financial and statutory reporting and business strategy; this includes directing and overseeing all aspects of the finance function, acting as partner to the CEO, overseeing and developing controls and processes and managing all investor and bank relationships, including reporting and compliance.

To be successful in this role, candidates must have an entrepreneurial nature backed with high level drive. Relationship development is key along with strong presence, persuasive skills and intellectual insight. You must have a 'hands-on' approach, a strong commercial bent and a proactive, open-minded mentality.
