Chief Technology Officer - AI/ML (hands-on)

A fascinating position for the right person - a Fintech scaleup in Cambridge (pre-Series A) has a brand new position for an Innovation-focused CTO to join their team and be responsible for the exploration and implementation of new technology to enhance their product and give them a competitive edge over other key industry players in the funding/loan space.

This role will combine elements of Software Engineering & Architecture, AI Research & Implementation and also Strategic Leadership and will see you being responsible for investigating new tech as well as leading a team of exceptional Software Engineers.

If you are looking for a role where you have plenty of freedom and can also pass on your expertise across different domains to the rest of the team then this is an excellent opportunity.

Key Skills:

** Software Engineering background

** Technical Leadership & Strategy Skills

** Cloud Technology - ideally AWS, but GCP, Azure, Bluemix etc also fine.

** AI & Machine Learning knowledge/skills

** Data Engineering

** Experience within Startups
