Accountable Executive is exclusively recruiting for a strategically minded and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for one of our high growth clients in the Merseyside area.
As CMO, you will play a key role within the senior leadership team to help deliver the business' vision and its strategic marketing plan within this fast paced and dynamic environment. Your data driven approach and commercial insight will enable the business to attract a significant amount of new business and partnerships. As the business grows you will be required to build your marketing team which will have a local and global reach. Ensuring both annual revenue and engagement targets are met will be at the forefront of your dynamic marketing departments results driven approach.
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Working with key stakeholders to define and execute the business marketing strategy
• Creating and implementing the agreed strategic plan outlining how KPI's should be met and ROI measured
• Taking the lead on campaign strategy
• Delivering a strategy for branding and communications that sets the business apart from competing brands in a simple but compelling manner
• Own all communication channels, both internal and external
• Ensure all content has optimal usability and user interface across all channels
• Spearheading social media and digitally based communication across the organisation
• Identify and target new opportunities for growth in line with business strategy

The ideal candidate will be able to:

• Demonstrate your marketing leadership impact within a high growth and fast paced environment
• Showcase your high achievement calibre with a proven track record of successfully delivering business growth through the usage of data driven solutions
• Deliver enhanced brand reputation and awareness
• Have a balance of analytical skills, and the ability to take a 'hands on' approach to tasks where needed
• Present your impressive CV within the retail sector or at the least a fast moving commercially focussed environment
• Strong academic background essential

Remuneration
£80,000 - £110,000 DOE plus benefits
