What you'll need to succeed

• Working with all areas of Networks to define a consistent set of Delivery KPIs across the organisation
• Set up of the BAU process to analyse and interpret those KPIs including identifying drivers of those KPIs to provide clear improvement plans across the business
• Being the Comms Lead for the Networks Align team.
• Experience within Business improvement
• Have worked on multiple complex projects
