About the role:

Reporting to the Director of Communications, your duties will include:

• Conducting research and advice for presentation at an Executive level on challenging strategy
• Providing leadership to a team of experts to collectively ensure effective execution of corporate strategy, in line with the company's external risk picture and corporate planning
• Developing of the Horizon Scanning and future scenario activity, in line with the company's long-term strategy
• Offering counsel on development of policy with consideration to cost, measurement and impact analysis
• Utilizing measurement, impact tracking and cost/benefit analysis

A bit about you:

As Head of Analysis and Insight, you will have:

• The ability to work autonomously, making calculated and sensible decisions
• In depth knowledge of insight tools and techniques to help the company adapt to an everchanging environment
• An understanding of external pension and regulatory trends
• The ability to leading intricate and dynamic project research
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills
