eCommerce & Product Director
We have partnered with this huge & well known global eCommerce business to help find them a talented eCommerce & Product Director.
This role will provide overall leadership and direction of the group's best known and certainly largest brand (Including CRO, data insights & UI/UX), ensuring the delivery and achievement of our agreed profit targets through market leading onsite CVR and platform performance.
In this role, you will define, develop and deliver the online B2C presence for brand, improving products, features and capabilities that will drive online sales and increase brand recognition. You will develop and manage all aspects of consumer facing online channels, namely strategy, operations, technology and functional aspects of the website. Reporting directly to Managing Director, you will foster and develop key relationships within the industry to support this development.
As eCommerce & Product Director, you will work in collaboration with the senior team to input into the overall business strategy, ensuring the eCommerce department is aligned to this to achieve/exceeds sales targets and overall profitability.
You need to have extensive eCommerce experience, with significant experience at senior/director level, ideally in the travel industry. A deep understanding of digital marketing & product management is essential for this role.
This role will require overseas travel post pandemic.

- An expert in multi-channel marketing campaigns with a robust understanding of digital marketing
- A proven track record of growing E-commerce KPIs
- Strong business acumen, very financially literate
- Experience in managing eCommerce P&L
- A proven history of managing CRO & site performance roadmaps
- Excellent communicator able to influence and convince at all levels
- Strong analytical mind with attention to detail
- Strong character with a winning approach and attitude
- Proven track record in leading and managing a team
- The ability to think strategically and implement short-term and longer-term departmental objectives
