Our client is an international fast growing FMCG business about to undergo an IPO.

We are looking for a Finance Director to manange the UK business

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the monthly management accounts together with supporting schedules and management information
• Manage all accounting operations including billing, A/R, AP. GL, cost accounting, software development capitalisation and revenue recognition together with all balance sheet reconciliations
• Oversee and execute against the divisions tax transfer pricing strategy
• Adherence to accounting policies and procedures, including SOX framework
• Work with external advisors and internal corporate functions (tax, internal audit and treasury)
• Support in the preparation of statutory accounts, tax compliance and audit schedules
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Support in the monthly forecasts and annual budget process
• Other duties that may be required from time to time
