A well-established business is looking for a highly capable Chief Financial Officer to join its team, based in London on an initial 1-year fixed-term contract. . Please note that our client operates a hybrid model so you will be able to work from home circa 3 days per week if you would like to.
Reporting directly to the CEO of a £50m turnover firm you will have full responsibility for the financial strategy of the organisation and will provide inspirational leadership to a growing accounts team. You will create the annual financial plan and have overall responsibility for budgets and forecasts, delivering accurate, transparent, and comprehensive financial reports for the organisation.
In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility, you must be a fully qualified accountant with proven experience working at board level. You will be a meticulous professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for building the processes and governance constructs that ensure institutional transparency, trust, and integrity. Previous experience of enabling start-ups to rapidly mature would be highly advantageous to your application.
