Finance Director – Multi-site Healthcare

I am working with a pre-deal complex care business, focusing on adult healthcare and wellbeing. Pre-deal, a reputable Private Equity fund are about to complete the transaction, so the successful candidate would be joining at the start of an exciting growth story and equity cycle. The business is currently c.£2m EBITDA, looking to grow to £10m over the next 3 years.
Without a current number 1 in finance, this is the perfect time for an experienced Finance Director or someone looking to move into their first number 1 in finance to join the business and create their own blueprint on the finance division. A newly created position, the successful candidate will play a major role in shaping and delivering outstanding business growth.
Be a part of the senior leadership team, partnering with the CEO to develop the strategic vision for the business, and report to the investors
Lead and develop the finance function, ensuring that all core finance activities including systems and controls are up to scratch for a best-in-class function
- Ensure that all levels of staff within the business have the financial information and financial tools available to drive maximum business profitability
- Take the lead on buy—side M&A activity as they start to grow
- Play an active leadership role in development of corporate culture
- Must be qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- Previous experience within both healthcare and multi-site
- Previous experience working in a PE/VC backed environment extremely desirable
