A new Chapter Lead/Agile Lead Business Analyst contract has just arisen within a busy & active Financial Services Client in Edinburgh.

Our Client is seeking candidates to come in and complement the current team by playing a Chapter Lead role which includes coaching & developing others to achieve analysis excellence.
Successful candidate will have precious and demonstrable experience in Customer product related roles & projects combined with a good understanding of customer service related operations and customer centric approaches.

To be successful in this role & requirement, candidates should have the following knowledge & experience;

* Demonstrable experience acting as a Lead Business Analyst and a track-record, working with large & established Financial Services Clients.
* A strong & in-depth core Business Analysis skill-set including requirements gathering & analysis, process & solution design for a medium sized product
* Understanding and practical hands on experience working in an agile environment
* Strong analytical capability with the proven ability to elicit and manage requirements to realise customer value through excellence and execution.
* 1st class people, communication & co-ordination skills - scheduling meetings/workshops, project communications and actions etc
