Finatal are currently partnered with a Private Equity Backed Managed Service business based in the East Midlands who are looking for a CFO on a permanent basis.

The business is multi-disciplinary and scaling quickly both organically and via acquisition. Last year the business delivered circa £90m revenue, 25% EBITDA.

The business is looking to continue its scaling journey, focussing their efforts initially in the UK but may also look to build internationally through greenfield site development or M&A.

This is an opportunity for a seasoned PE CFO to join a dynamic senior leadership team and experienced PE partner embarking on an ambitious growth plan.

The role will have a broad remit, initially focussing on professionalising the business from a reporting, data, systems and controllership perspective. Once a strong foundation has been built the remit will pivot to a more commercial / strategic partnership position focussed on delivering value and growth.

Experience in the managed services space will be looked upon favourably, it is essential that the incoming CFO have led on M&A transactions and has ideally led a PE/VC backed business through a successful exit.
