The Badenoch & Clark HR team are working with a renowned private sector global business that are looking for an energetic and creative experienced Head of Places to join their team. You will be a true leader and business person, with experience in Workplace/Colleague Experience, Facilities/Estates Management and confident managing and influencing stakeholders across a variety of levels. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a Globally expanding business.

What you will be doing?

*Working collaboratively to unify the workforce both in office and remote to enhance the workplace experience.
*Work in line with business strategic objectives, to pro-actively support the development of the business and its people within the areas of responsibility
*To work alongside other departments and Managers, shaping and influencing their thinking whilst managing and pro-actively resolving projects.
*To ensure best practice is followed by providing effective professional guidance in line with current legislation and company policies and procedures.
*Monitor, manage and improve, in conjunction with managers, the company KPI's and metrics for their area of responsibility.
*Compliance and development of operational procedures.
*Client/business development

What we are looking for?

*Degree level education or equivalent, CIPD or MCIPD
*Experienced Workplace Experience Manager, Facilities/Operations or Estates, with the confidence to deal with difficult stakeholders and push back.
*Exceptional stakeholder management and business partnering.
*Delivery to deadlines and data management and reporting.
*Resourcing planning and partnering with internal hiring team.
*Ability to work proactively with minimal intervention.
