Stanton House is currently recruiting for a Group Finance Manager to join a well established technology brand based in London for a period o 6months. This business prides itself on being able to provide high quality content to a wide audience across the globe. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the consolidated reported results through the Group consolidation system (SAP FC)
  • Lead all aspects of accounting and reporting for M&A transactions and restructurings.
  • Prepare and deliver the Half Year and Year End external financial reports.
  • Act as a key contact for external auditors.
  • Lead the impairment review process.
  • Ensure the Group's financial accounting and reporting is compliant with the relevant requirements.
  • Review key subsidiary statutory accounts.
  • Support the finance team with relevant queries regarding commercial accounting treatment in line with IFRS.

To be suitable for this role you must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

You must also have the following:

  • A proven record of working in, or auditing, a large listed company.
  • Strong technical IFRS accounting knowledge.
  • Proven experience applying IFRS in a commercial environment.
  • Experience with the financial aspects of acquisitions and disposals.
  • Ability to plan and manage complex, dynamic and challenging projects.
  • Experience managing and developing finance team members.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent IT skills.
