Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit a Div. Finance Director
The company:- is a global corporate technology business with operations all over World. The European H/O business generates revenues in excess £250m and group t/o exceeds £700m. They are one of the leaders in their field and an immediately recognisable corporate brand.
The Role:- Reports to the to the Director of Finance. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the group financial (SOX) reporting operations across the EMEA regions. Recommending and implementing best practices and supporting the EMEA regional managers with financial analysis, advice and direction. Ensuring group reporting is accurate and tight deadlines are achieved. Responsible for achieving smooth and efficient financial controls and support services, managing through review and analysis and mentoring a dynamic team to achieve their personal goals and company targets.
The person:- Will be a graduate qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA with a strong understanding of EMEA regional issues. Ideally coming from a corporate background with excellent group consolidation and currency FX experience. Comfortable leading from the front and taking early responsibility. You will be a problem solver, with analysis skills and experience of identifying problem areas and recommending corrective measures to protect the business. A strong communicator/influencer, comfortable building relationships throughout the group, occasional travel will be required. Strong Excel/SAP skills desirable
