The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for the planning and leadership of the production facility and people combined with the leadership of the operations towards the vision of a high performance team culture, driving change management initiatives to continually improve both process and people to meet World Class Operations Standards and meeting the business strategic objectives.
The Candidate
With experience of working in a manufacturing environment you will be a dynamic, driven individual who has held a senior production/operations/manufacturing role and have gained a good understanding of the key challenges faced by a high growth business. A strong background in production management, production planning, project management and shop floor management is key to the role alongside excellent communication and influencing skills combined with strong leadership skills.
