In this position you will manage the entire process from receipt of raw materials and components through to final delivery to customer. The work is a mix of batch and continuous work with a team of skilled and semi-skilled operators.

On a day-to-day basis you will manage the operation ensuring extremely high standards of customer service and maintained. Your role will be diverse - leading all resource planning as well as technical assessment of processes, factory layouts, capital investment etc.

A background in electronics or technology manufacturing or production is critical. Also important is your ability to lead. motivate and guide a team of 200+ staff. Continuous improvement knowledge is vital, a is a strong grasp of business finance.
