My client is a well established, Thames Valley based air conditioning and refrigeration contractor that specialise in installation, service, maintenance and repair on cooling equipment. They have been running for well over 30 years and can boast some very well known clients on their patch. Engineers stay with this company for a long time as there are some great opportunities for overtime and also internal progression.

Due to promotion they are recruiting an Operations Director, you will be:-

* Working at director level reporting into the company board of directors

* Helping run from the ground up the operations side of things across two brands within the company

* Helping to pull the divisions together for unity across air conditioning and refrigeration

Skills Needed

* Experience at ideally director level in HVAC operations, they would also look at a senior operations manager wanting to make the next step up

* They would also look at someone that has working at a board level outside of the industry

* Living within travelling distance to their Oxfordshire main office
