If so please read on....

This Main Contractor have recently had some overseas investment which has now given them the balance sheet to compete with Tier 1 Contractors. They have a solid history and foundations in place with a CEO who comes from a Tier 1 background. His vision is to create a business that can compete with any main contractor and they have the foundations and cash flow to do this. They have a head office in Central London and the work will be based in London and Birmingham.

This role is to start on a project in Central Birmingham that consists of 4 buildings with the tallest being a 30 storey RC frame and modular construction. It will be a large student accommodation. The project will be starting on the demo in February so the Project Director will be able to come in and oversee this, help appoint the supply chain and then manage the project to completion. The project itself is valued at just under £110 million and we need to see people with this sort of experience.

This Project Director will have the whole team reporting into them as well as having full commercial control so they must have a sound financial understanding as the buck stops with them. They will report directly into the CEO and will be a major part and contributor to the growth of this business. Part of this will be to help implement processes and policies as this is something that this business needs.

Other duties will include:

* Appointment of supply chain
* Managing all staff and sub-contractors on site
* Full Commercial Control
* Implementing a strict health and safety policy on site
* Weekly board reports
* Be the clients main point of contact
* Ultimately its your role to run the project to budget and timescale!

If you're looking to be part of a new exciting business that have the appetite and ability to grow at a substantial rate then please send in your CV and we will be in touch
