You will be an integral part of our IT team using your Test Manager skills to look after a programme of testing for our transformation programme for CAF Bank. You will be joining us at the implementation stage.

Test Manager - Charity sector - Banking project - FTC
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Leading all aspects of testing including reporting for the transformation programme.
- Provide confidence in the delivery of hardware and software through consultation and reporting
- Providing leadership and guidance to systems testers
- Providing a point of expertise in Software Testing to internal and external stakeholders
- Providing confidence that software solutions delivered are appropriate to the business needs by adhering to Software Testing best practise methods
- Understanding the technical environment and provide practical testing solutions
- Determining when Acceptance Testing is appropriate, to engage and coach the business.
- Promoting quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Profile
Test Manager - Charity sector - Banking project - FTC
Skilled required:
- Test Management Experience in software
- Complete lifecycle project experience
- Test case development and design
- Functional test script development and execution
- Ability to progress and implement tasks
- ISTQB qualification
- TRANSACT T24 highly desirable but training will be provided
- Jira experience desirable
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to work autonomously
- Excellent relationship builder
- Proactive and solutions focused
