Job Description

The Executive Director of Finance will be responsible for building an efficient finance function, whilst improving performance and ensuring there is an effective treasury strategy in place. You will be part of the newly formed Executive Team, who will be driving the business forward and building solid foundations for the organisation to further grow and develop. This role will lead on Governance and Procurement as well as finance, ensuring that there is a robust governance structure in place to further secure and enable the organisation to drive forward.

The Successful Applicant

They are looking for a proven executive leader, who has previously built strong effective relationships with Boards, funders and other partners and are known to be an inspirational and motivational leader who develops a high-performing team. You've led the modernisation of Finance functions and know what good looks like. The successful candidate will have worked in a regulated industry with either a large customer or asset base and will possess a high level of emotional intelligence. Experience in managing a treasury function is desirable. We believe this to be one of the most exciting opportunities of its kind currently in the market.
