With operations in both the UK and Asia, Criticaleye provides a personal service to all of our members, inspiring them to succeed. We operate across large global organisations, mid-tier FTSE 250 companies, high-growth AIM-listed and PE-backed organisations, and the public sector.

Due to continued expansion we are looking to hire a Relationship Manager to focus on our global Chair and Non-executive Director membership base and our Chair-Ready Programme.

The role

We are currently seeking a Relationship Manager to manage our members who are focused on non-executive careers. The ideal candidate will be a creative team player with strong business acumen, an understanding of non-executive positions and careers, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will regularly facilitate and participate in Criticaleye events with board directors and decision-makers from some of the world's pre-eminent companies and consultancies. You will be encouraged to think in an entrepreneurial manner, contribute to the strategy of the company and work as part of a great team!

Key Responsibilities
