HR Leadership and Management Development Director
Warwick is looking for an experienced leader to develop and deliver their renewed strategy-led management and leadership development framework.
You will lead a dynamic team of 13 colleagues, enabling an improved Leadership and Management capability, embedding a coaching culture and developing talent across the organisation.
Motivated and full of energy to make a positive difference, you’ll bring out the best in people. You don’t have to have higher education experience but you require an extensive knowledge and proven approach of how to embed leadership behaviours, skills and capability in a dynamic organisation.
Your strategic thinking and ability to analyse problems will be critical to the development of talent and the institutional capability to meet the University’s 2030 strategic ambitions.
