We are currently working for a rapidly growing fintech that specialise in blockchain and crypto. They are actively looking for a Lead UI Developer to join their team. The role will consist of 70% development and 30% management.

Key responsibilities:

• Experience in React, JavaScript and CSS.
• UI/Frontend team leadership (will manage 5 FTEs and 3 consultants globally to start, but will need to grow that over time)
• Leading UI Code architecture and design
• Setting Coding standards for the rest of the team

The role is a team lead role reporting into the global head of technology, so it's an extremely critical role and one with a lot of growth potential. They are looking for someone with extensive Front End, React, Javascript, and CSS background, but also someone with experience managing a UI team and growing it. They are open to candidates from Financial or Tech firms, large or startups. The candidate has to be a go-getter and be someone who can take the initiative given they're a very quickly growing organisation.
