As a leader and Director, you'll help shape the UK's digital revolution and take responsibility for some of the world's most ambitious transformation projects.

We are a growing company and as a key part of our ambitious plans in the UK Capital Markets, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Director to jointly run and grow a flagship investment banking engagement in London.

Your future duties and responsibilities
As a Director you will be a true business leader with a primary goal of driving business growth, whilst also taking accountability for the quality of our services delivered management of engagement finances.

Developing and maintaining proactive client development strategy, you will lead and manage your team to achieve targeted revenue and profitability; closely managing the P&L and ensuring that sales pipeline and financial forecasts are up to date and accurate.

Your excellent leadership skills will also be brought to bear in the management of the delivery team, where you will be responsible for fostering the development of the team's capabilities and expertise in line with client needs and market evolution.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
As the successful candidate, you will be expected to have experience of the IT consultancy industry, including specific experience in the sale and delivery of systems integration, consulting projects and services. You will have held previous roles in account management and/or IT operational & delivery management and will be able to demonstrate experience in the following areas:

* Business Development:
o Achieving significant growth within large/strategic accounts including branching out into new areas as well as farming existing;
o Deal-sizes probably in the region of GBP500k - GBP10m in areas such as project services, consulting services, managed services and/or IT outsourcing;
o Networking, prospecting and lead/pipeline generation;
o Bid management, deal-shaping, proposal writing and financial modelling;
o Drafting and negotiating contract and commercial documentation.

* Account/Relationship Management:
o Engaging at senior levels in client organisations;
o Building, managing and nurturing complex stakeholder relationships;
o Creating and maintaining detailed client development plans.

* Business Context:
o Experience of working with Investment Banking clients
o Experience working for an IT Services and Consulting company

* General/Operational Management:
o Financial management (P&L management, forecasting, budgeting);
o Leading delivery teams to enact contractual obligations and taking ownership of operational issues;
o Familiar with Consultancy, Project and Programme Management;
o Maintenance of Client Relationship Management (CRM) solutions.
