Head of Finance PE Backed Software business

Our client a PE Backed Software business who is seeking a Head of Finance to work alongside with their international and UK businesses. As a Head of Finance, you will report to and partner with the CFO and be attending the Board Meetings.

The key role within the business involving aligning the objectives and priorities of the Finance department. The role requires a driven and results orientated leader able to identify opportunities for improvements in systems, processes, and controls in order to drive the continued growth of the business.

This is a work from home opportunity with occasional travel within Europe.

The ideal candidate:

• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), preferably chartered.
• Ideally experience with Private Equity Backed business and compiling CFO board packs.
• A background in Managed Services and or SaaS sector is preferable but not essential.
• Experience acquisition accounting and basic multi-national consolidations.
• Prior experience Implementing new systems, i.e. ERP, CRM, HR and project management will be highly desirable.
• Ability to speak Dutch language would be an advantage
• A high level of motivation, a "can do" attitude and a willingness to be involved at all levels.
