This is an exciting opportunity for an Interim Programme Director to join a former owner-run SME, which has been bought by a large international business. The new parent company is reshaping the proposition of the business from what was a commodity/transactional low-value proposition and shifting towards using data and technology to offer an end-to-end engineering service to their international customer base.

The Interim Programme Director will meet the following criteria;

• Demonstrable track record of delivering multiple cross-functional projects in an industrial engineering or industrial technology business
• Experience of working in small and large companies
• Experience of working in a business which provides end to end technical solutions
• New Product launch experience will be particularly useful if this experience is from technical/engineered products and services in industrial businesses 
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Expert change manager
• Expert from an industrial engineering background

The preferred candidate will have prior experience of successfully delivering multiple interim projects.

This position will be for a period of approximately 6 months and the start date will be at some point in February.
