I am working exclusively with a circa 200m t/o professional services business looking for an interim CFO. After being acquired by a mid-market PE house last year, the business is undergoing rapid growth both organically and through M&A, and turnover is expected to double in the next year. This is the chance to join a company at a pivotal moment in its growth trajectory and work alongside the CEO to make decisions that will directly influence this growth. You will be required to lead and develop a capable team of 7 while being hands-on, supporting the business through the year-end.
The successful candidate will possess the following attributions:
- Immediately available
- Experience in a professional services business
- Past roles as interim CFO
- Knowledge of PE-backed companies.
